What is Insights Discovery®?
Insights Discovery® is a personality model based on the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. It reveals how we think, communicate and impact others – and why people can react so differently to the same situation.
The model works with four colour energies – Red, Yellow, Green, Blue – that each describe different behavioural and communication styles. Every person carries all four within them, in different proportions. No style is better or worse. But when we understand which energies dominate in us and in others, much changes – in collaboration, in communication, in how we relate to one another.
What it does
Insights Discovery® creates a shared language. One that is easy to understand without oversimplifying. Teams that work with it understand each other better – not because everyone becomes the same, but because they understand the differences and use them productively.
For Individuals it means: a clearer picture of yourself. Of your own strengths, blind spots and how others may perceive you – often differently than you think.
For executives it means: better understanding of how you impact your team. And how you can connect with different people in a way that makes them feel truly heard.

How I work with it
I use Insights Discovery® in a targeted way – as part of workshops, trainings or individual coaching. Always where it genuinely adds value, never as a self-serving purpose.
The initial step is an online questionnaire that each participant fills out in advance. The result is an individual report – precise, surprisingly insightful, and a strong foundation for collaborative work.
