BETTER UNDERSTANDING STARTS WITHIN

I believe that most people already carry the answers to their most important questions within them. What they need is someone who asks the right questions. Who listens without judgement. Who clearly says what they see – even when it's uncomfortable. And who holds the space so that the person can take the next step themselves. Because sustainable change only comes from within.

That is the reason why I do what I do.

I grew up in Sweden. Studied International Business at the university of Gothenburg – and then applied for a job in Germany. It happened over 25 years ago. I stayed. Several cities, several roles, three languages, two children, a dog. What all that has brought me: the fascination with change. The way it can be exciting and daunting at the same time. The way it closes doors – and opens new ones. And my curiosity about the people who find themselves right in the middle of it – what drives them, what holds them back, what they truly want, and what they need to finally take the leap.

For 15 years I worked as a management consultant. I analysed organisations, developed strategies, guided change processes. Then several years in HR, Talent Management and People Development. What became increasingly clear throughout: people were always at the centre for me – my roles changed, but my real drive never did.

Since 2019 I have been working independently as a coach and trainer. I work with individuals who are at a turning point – and with teams who have more potential than they are currently using and than their current communication allows.

I bring what I have learned on my own journey – from training and education, and above all from real life. I know what it feels like to start over, to let go, to change and to find yourself in the process.
