What is Insights Discovery\u00ae?<\/strong><\/p>

Insights Discovery\u00ae is a personality model based on the psychology of Carl Gustav Jung. It reveals how we think, communicate and impact others \u2013 and why people can react so differently to the same situation.<\/p>

The model works with four colour energies \u2013 Red, Yellow, Green, Blue \u2013 that each describe different behavioural and communication styles. Every person carries all four within them, in different proportions. No style is better or worse. But when we understand which energies dominate in us and in others, much changes \u2013 in collaboration, in communication, in how we relate to one another.<\/p>

What it does<\/strong><\/p>

Insights Discovery\u00ae creates a shared language. One that is easy to understand without oversimplifying. Teams that work with it understand each other better \u2013 not because everyone becomes the same, but because they understand the differences and use them productively.<\/p>

How I work with it<\/strong><\/p>

I use Insights Discovery\u00ae in a targeted way \u2013 as part of workshops, trainings or individual coaching. Always where it genuinely adds value, never as a self-serving purpose.<\/p>

The initial step is an online questionnaire that each participant fills out in advance. The result is an individual report \u2013 precise, surprisingly insightful, and a strong foundation for collaborative work.<\/p>
